That's considered an outstanding redemption. Anything above 2¢ per point is typically a strong use of Hyatt points.
Pro Tip
Don't automatically redeem Chase points through the Chase Travel℠ portal. Before booking, compare the number of points required through the portal with transferring your points to Hyatt. In most cases, transferring your points can save thousands of points and provide significantly more value.
